Once you are signed up for a lesson time, that remains your time until you inform us that you wish to change or discontinue. If you wish to discontinue, please email us directly at [email protected] at least 10 days before the start of the month that you wish to cancel or you will be charged for that upcoming month.

The Little Lesson House utilizes www.teacherzone.com for scheduling and payments. Through this application, students will receive lesson reminders 48 hours in advance of their next lesson. A free app is available for students through the Apple App Store and Google play.

Lesson Payments and Fees
Lessons are $30/half hour and are scheduled in 30-minute increments (thus, 60-minutes lessons are $60). Your monthly fee will be calculated on either a 4- or 5-week month. You must provide a credit card when signing up for lessons. Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of every month.

Cancellation Policy
You are paying for the instructor’s time not the lesson. If you can’t make your scheduled lesson regardless of circumstance, you have still paid for your instructor’s time. We know and understand that things come up and life happens so you are able to request schedule changes directly with your instructor through your Teacherzone App. All lesson cancellations must be done through your TeacherZone account. If your lesson is cancelled by the instructor your Lesson time will be “banked” essentially a lesson credit on your account to be used to reschedule a make up lesson at a different date and time.

In the event of store closing due to holidays, inclement weather or other event
Lessons cancelled by LLH due to these events will be Banked on your Teacherzone account for a future make up lesson.

LLH will be closed for the following holidays:

• New years Eve, New years Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas eve, Christmas day
