Fender Custom Shop's 1960 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic deals out authentic early-era Fender specs, an awe-inspiring set of pickups, and the time-honored look and feel of a well-loved Fender. You'll be immediately drawn in by the guitar's Aged Olympic White finish and expertly-done relic job: this guitar has the nicks, dings, dents, and scratches of a well-played Strat and relic'd hardware to match. This Strat's tinted quartersawn maple neck features a 1960-style Oval "C" profile, 9.5" radius AAA rosewood fingerboard, and 21 Jumbo frets, which will put any Strat player right at home. A trio of handwound Texas Special single-coil pickups which are great for producing southern blues-rock tone, while retaining plenty of tonal versatility to cover just about any playing style, also thanks to Vintage Modified Wiring #2 that includes a Treble Bleed circuit. Spirited tone, classic character, and top-notch in-hand feel and playability make the 1960 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic quite the formidable Fender Custom Shop piece.
