Shipping Policy at N Stuff Music

N Stuff Music truly appreciates your business and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have been serving our customers since 1968 and we want to continue to do so.

Current Shipping Platforms

We currently offer shipping through UPS.

Signature Required

To ensure your order arrives safely and securely, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery, with the exception of small accessories.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be damaged in transit, please do not refuse delivery. We pack and ship our products to withstand typical shipping conditions.

Open and inspect your item immediately.
If you notice any damage, contact us right away.
We will work with the shipping company to arrange the return or replacement.
Please provide photo(s) of both the damaged packaging and the damaged product to help us process your claim quickly.

Free Shipping

Many of our products qualify for free ground shipping; however, certain exclusions apply. Free shipping does not apply to international orders, oversized or overweight items, used or pre-owned products, vintage items, clearance or closeout merchandise, or items for which product margin or cost does not support free shipping.

Any product eligible for free shipping will clearly display a “Free Shipping” indicator on the product page and will be identified as such during the checkout process. Free shipping eligibility is determined at the time of purchase and applies only to the shipping method specified at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Information

Orders received before 3:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed and shipped the same business day to ensure prompt delivery.

All stringed instruments receive a professional inspection and setup by a qualified luthier prior to shipment. While we make every effort to complete this process and ship the instrument the same business day when possible, the care involved may require shipment on the following business day, even for orders placed before 3:00 PM.

Orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

N Stuff Music is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

If an item is out of stock or back-ordered, you will be notified promptly, and shipping and billing arrangements will be discussed before the order is fulfilled.

International Shipping Information

N Stuff Music currently ships online orders through our website to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.

International purchases may be arranged by request and are accepted via wire transfer only. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Customers interested in international shipping must provide a complete shipping address so that applicable shipping charges can be calculated. A shipping quote will be provided prior to order acceptance.

Please note that not all products are eligible for international shipping due to manufacturer restrictions.
