N Stuff Music Return Policy
New gear purchases have a 5-day return policy from the delivery date in store and online.
Returned items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or use and in their original packaging. Items must include any literature (manuals, warranty cards) and accessories.
Instruments that have been modified or altered from their original manufacturer specifications during our setup process at the customer's request are not eligible for return.
All sales are final on clearance, special orders, or items sold at a discount.
Used gear purchased in-store - All sales final.
Used gear purchased online - 2-day return policy from the date of delivery.
We are unable to accept returns on transactions involving a trade. All trades are final.
Additional Information
Refunds are made for returned product value only. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges in both directions. If paid via PayPal, the Customer is also responsible for PayPal transaction fees.
If you received an order with Free Shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse refunds for any items returned not in accordance with our return policy.
EXCLUSIONS: No returns on software, sheet music, books, amplifier tubes, microphones, earbuds, earplugs, headphones, and harmonicas as well as any other products designed to come in contact with the mouth or ears.

**To return your items, Please fill out and submit the RMA Request Form. We will issue a Return Authorization and email you a return shipping label.
