Return Policy at N Stuff Music


This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from N Stuff Music, both in-store and online. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. New Gear Returns

  • New gear may be returned only within five (5) calendar days of:
    • Delivery confirmation for shipped orders, or
    • Purchase date for in-store transactions
    • Returned items must be in original, factory-new condition with zero signs of wear, handling marks, installation, or modification.
  • All original packaging must be intact and included, including:
    • Manufacturer box(es)
    • Manuals, warranty cards, inserts
    • Accessories, cables, hardware,tags, and protective materials
  • Any deviation from original condition, packaging, or completeness authorizes N Stuff Music to refuse the return or apply fees up to and including total denial of refund.

2. Used Gear Returns

  • Used gear purchased in-store: All sales are FINAL.
  • Used gear purchased online: Eligible for return within (24) hours of delivery.
  • Used items must be returned in the same condition as received and are subject to inspection.

3. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following are FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES:

  • Clearance items
  • Special orders
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Items purchased as part of a trade
  • Items purchased using third-party financing, installment plans, or buy-now-pay-later services
  • Items paid for through layaway programs once paid in full
  • Instruments that have been modified or altered from original manufacturer specifications at the customer's request, including setups that require modifying a part of the instrument, part swaps, or adjustments beyond factory specifications, are not eligible for return.
  • This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Permanent part replacements or alterations
    • Structural modifications
    • Routing, drilling, cutting, or refinishing

4. Trade Transactions

  • No returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued on any item involved in a trade.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Fees

  • Refunds apply only to the returned merchandise value..
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping.
  • If free shipping was provided, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Payment processing fees (Credit card, Paypal, or third-party processors) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund where applicable.
  • Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment are subject to non-refundable payment processing fees.
  • Orders canceled after shipment are subject to:
    • Outbound shipping charges
    • Return shipping charges
    • Non-refundable processing fees

N Stuff Music reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse refunds for items returned outside of this policy.


6. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Licensing)

Returns are NOT ACCEPTED for:

  • Software, digital products, or licenses
  • Sheet music, books, or printed materials
  • Amplifier tubes
  • Microphones
  • Earbuds, earplugs, headphones
  • Harmonicas
  • Any product designed to come into contact with the mouth or ears

7. Manufacturer-Fulfilled Orders

  • Items fulfilled directly by the manufacturer are governed by the manufacturer's return and warranty policies.
  • All claims, issues, and returns must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

8. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

  • All returns require approval prior to shipment. To initiate a return, customers must complete and submit the RMA Request Form. Once approved, N Stuff Music will issue a Return Authorization and provide return shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused

9. Returned Item Inspection & Condition Verification

  • All returned items are documented upon receipt via photographs, video, serial numbers, and inspection notes.
  • Returns claimed as defective or damaged must exhibit the reported issue.
  • Refunds or exchanges may be denied if:
    • The item is found fully functional
    • Misuse, improper installation, or user error
  • Inspections results are final

10. Shipping & Delivery Requirements

  • Adult Signature Required on all shipments except small accessories.
  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring an adult is available to sign.
  • Missed, refused, or returned deliveries result in customer liability for:
    • All outbound shipping charges
    • Return shipping charges
    • Re-delivery fees
    • Carrier-imposed fees
  • Refunds for returned shipments are issued only after inspection and less all applicable costs and fees

11. Chargebacks, Friendly Fraud & Payment Disputes

  • Customers agree to contact N Stuff Music first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or payment claim.
  • Filing a chargeback in violation of this Policy constitutes breach of contract.
  • Transactions completed in accordance with this Policy are not eligible for forced reversal.
  • N stuff Music will contest disputes using:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Signed delivery confirmation or in-store pickup acknowledgement
    • Checkout acceptance of this Policy
    • Photographic and video inspection records
    • Communication logs

    By completing payment, the customer authorizes N stuff Music to submit this Policy and all transaction records as evidence in response to chargebacks, disputes, and fraud claims.


12. Policy Enforcement & Governing Law

  • N Stuff Music reserves the right to enforce this Policy strictly.
  • Failure to comply results in denial or returns or refunds.
  • This Policy is governed by the laws of the state in which N Stuff Music operates.

THIS POLICY IS FINAL AND BINDING, NO EXCEPTIONS.
