The Ludwig LM405C Acrolite was first introduced in 1963. It quickly became the choice of pro players looking for a solid dry cracking snare drum tone. This snare drum has a seamless beaded brushed aluminum shell. Classic Ludwig dual snare lugs, a p85 strainer and 2.3mm hoops. All these features contribute to the dry cutting tone of this drum. The Ludwig Acrolite is a seasoned vet of the stage and studio.
