N Stuff Players Perspective:
Being able to set two separate sounds on the same pedal puts the Suhr Eclipse into a class of its own. I found myself utilizing one side of the pedal to generate a lightly overdriven rhythm/blues tone while using the second side of the pedal to dial in a high gain lead sound. By having two pedals built in one I avoid any excess of drive pedals and prevent a clogged pedalboard and signal. The Eclipse has the capability to be both a clean boost to blues drive, and a high gain lead sound in the same pedal. With the Eclipse I was also able to set a clean boost-type rhythm sound on one side and on the other side I was able to dial in the exact same sound but with more drive. Hence giving the effect that I used a boost on top of the rhythm sound.
